(a) Shipping Fee and Delivery Lead Time
Orders are typically shipped out to our delivery partners within 24 hours and we will do our best to make deliveries happen within 2-3 working days. You can enjoy free delivery at office/home under conditions
(b) Delivery Method :
Upon success payment, you will receive a shipping notice sent from our system automatically indicating your order has reached the third-party logistics. Your order will be delivered, according to schedule on the notice(if any). Notice will not be given prior to the delivery. Delivery staff will leave “delivery attempted recipient not at home” notice at the door if nobody is at the address. The driver will automatically attempt delivery to a residence the next business day.
(c) Tracking：
You can track your order by referring to the Order Shipped email which is dispatched to you once your order is with our delivery partners. An order number and tracking number are available on the email for you to check the location of your order on our delivery partners’ tracking site.
Notes：
Orders made after 9:00 am will be processed on the next working day.
No delivery service will be provided for Saturday afternoon, Sunday and public holiday
Order will be dispatched as soon as possible. The earliest delivery time would be the next day or the latest within 7 days.
Orders made on the day before holiday may require a longer delivery time.
Delivery might be delayed due to unavailability of certain products.
Delivery to remote areas might be delayed.
If delivery is delayed, postponed or cancelled due to traffic, weather, different district or other factors, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage, no matter whether the factor which causes the delay, postponement or cancellation is within the control of the Company or not
